One bedroom with full bathroom, kitchen and living area. This home is privately located and detached from the main house. There is a pool situated between the main house and guest house which is available for your private use! The home has been recently been updated with new paint, furnishings and is ready to host guests! Enjoy the gated splash pool and private entrance with parking. 
 
Security deposit and signed rental agreement required after booking. Small dog OK with prior approval and $299 non-refundable pet fee. 

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
